If your garments require fit adjustments or remake, please contact us via help model, online chat, email: or leaving your contact information, MatchU after-sales helper will get back to you as soon as possible. Please pay attention that remake requests must be initiated within 14 days of when you receive your order. Order number, photos of your wearing MatchU cloth and the reason why you want to remake may be needed in the dealing process.

Quality or construction issue

If there’s any issue related to the quality or construction of your MatchU cloth, please contact us via help model, online chat, email: or leave your contact information on Contact Us page, MatchU after-sales helper will get back to you as soon as possible.

Wash the shirt to account for shrinkage

Customers are encouraged to wash their shirt once or twice before deciding how it fits. By no means will this invalidate our return policy.


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already customized or shipped out.


We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
