Who is MatchU?

MatchU is a menswear brand that focus on making customized clothes for men, leveraging SmartMeasure to ensure a perfect fit! We provide a wide range of fabrics and options of collar, cuff, placket style and pocket style for you to design your own look. So far, we have owned our dress shirt/ trouser/ overcoat/ suit collection, we also offer accessory collection including belts and cufflinks. 

What is MatchU cloth?

All of our MatchU clothes use the contactless measuring technology. It only takes you 3 mins to finish online measurement, quality fabrics choosing and personalized customization, which satisfy all your imagination about high-tech customization.

What is SmartMeasure?

We established SmartMeasure formula based on 40 million people’s specification data across American, Europe and Asia, utilizing AI technology to keep learning and optimizing the formula & weighting; therefore MatchU can create your own SmartMeasure based on your height, weight and body feature. Additionally, your own SmartMeasure size will be saved in your profile, which is convenient for your next purchase.

About the color deviation

All MatchU cloth images are taken with professional photographic equipment and then adjusted with professional monitors. However, due to the difference in temperature color of the shooting environment and the display, color deviation is inevitable in online shopping.

What are the prices based on?

We hire no celebrity to do advertisement, we have ZERO stock, no distributor or off-line stores, therefore our pricing system is only based on two simple things: the product cost and reasonable profit. MatchU is committed to being the most value-for-money choice you shall make.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card and local payment method.

How to care for my MatchU cloth?

Different categories or fabrics need different care and maintenance, you are advised to check the detailed instruction of “How to care for your MatchU cloth” on each product page.

 

 

 

CUSTOMIZATION

How to customize?

MatchU established SmartMeasure formula and leverage online measurement technology. Everything except our accessories are custom made for you. It only takes you 3 mins to input several figures (weight, height, ethnicity, shoulder type, chest type, midsection type) and personal preference (monogram, collar style, pocket style, etc.), then your SmartMeasure is created and transferred directly to the factory, where we make each single piece according to your specification.

Can I customize for group (more than 2 person)?

Yes, of course. Thanks for choosing MatchU. Please leave your name and contact information on the “Group Customization” page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or you can contact us directly via the Help model at the bottom left, our customer service specialist for group will offer solution for you. You can even upload Logo as we can offer Logo monogram for your group.

I just placed an order. Can I change my size data?

We can make customization changes to your order within 24 hours. Please contact us and tell us your new size data as soon as possible. To have a better customization experience, make sure you double check your fabric selection, measurements, and customizations before submitting your order.

Can I customize for child or ladies?

Currently MatchU only makes customized clothes for men.

 

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? How much is the shipping fee?

Once you complete your order, and given there are no payment delays, you will receive your order in 2-3 weeks. And we provide free shipping service.

How will my order be shipped?

Our shipping partner DHL, UPS or FedEx. etc. is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships within 24 hours.

Can I rush my order?

Rush delivery is not available for now. Our delivery method with DHL, UPS or FedEx. etc. will be as fast as it can be.

 

 

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

I just placed an order. Can I change the customizations?

We can make customization changes to your order within 24 hours. Please contact us and tell us your new size data as soon as possible. To have a better customization experience, make sure you double check your fabric selection, measurements, and customizations before submitting your order.

How to check my order status?

Please go to the “My Account” page and check your order status. You can also edit your size in the same page.

It’s different from what I see in the pictures.

It doesn’t fit for me.

We are committed to ensure you the perfect fit. If your garments require fit adjustments or remake, please contact us via help model, online chat, email: contact@matchutailor.com or leaving your contact information, MatchU after-sales helper will get back to you as soon as possible. Please pay attention that remake requests must be initiated within 14 days of when you receive your order. Photos of your wearing MatchU cloth and the reason why you want to remake may be needed in the dealing process.

What if the garment I received has quality or construction issue?
